CM-Consulting Code of Ethics

The CM-Consulting Code of Ethics is a document that specifies the 10 ethical principles and four guiding organizational values that all CM-Consulting Professionals must uphold in all aspects of their work. These values guide our interactions with partners and are upheld at all levels of participation, assuring the highest standards of moral conduct in all of our business endeavours.

Core Values

Our DNA contains our essential beliefs, which act as a moral compass to guide our behaviour. Each value is equally important, and we pledge to live up to them all at once, promoting our professional development and providing top-notch service to our valued clients.

Ethical principles

Our guiding ethical values direct us toward moral integrity and responsible behavior and serve as our product guidelines. By upholding these essential principles, we build a solid base for fostering credibility and confidence. As we foster a culture of respect, fairness, and ethical excellence for our consultants, partners, clients, and everyone else we engage with, we are able to flourish as a team when we embrace these concepts.
  1. Integrity – In all of our interactions with clients, staff, and stakeholders, we will always act honestly, transparently, and fairly.

  2. Confidentiality – We will keep all client information strictly confidential and make sure that it is kept private with the appropriate authorization.

  3. Professionalism – We will maintain the greatest levels of professionalism in all of our interactions and work to give our customers high-calibre services.

  4. Potential Conflict of Interest – We will avoid any scenario that could lead to a conflict of interest and will disclose any potential conflicts to the relevant parties.

  5. Respect – We shall treat everyone with respect, regardless of their background, and we’ll aim to create an inclusive and varied workplace.

  6. Compliance – In addition to making sure that our clients are aware of their legal responsibilities, we shall abide by all applicable laws, rules, and industry standards.

  7. Competence – We only provide services in our areas of competence and will constantly work to improve our knowledge and abilities in order to offer our clients the finest solutions available.

  8. Inclusion – We are committed to creating an inclusive atmosphere in which every individual is accepted and respected, regardless of race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other protected trait.

  9. Social Responsibility – We shall actively contribute to the society well-being and minimize any negative impact our operations may have on the environment.

  10. Accountability – We shall take responsibility for our activities and work and promptly rectify any mistakes or errors to ensure that our clients’ interests are always prioritized.

Breaches and enforcements

We at CM-Consulting take our code of ethics very seriously, and we demand that all of our staff members and consultants uphold its ideals without exception.
Following a just and comprehensive inquiry, the proper steps will be taken to remedy any code violations.
Depending on the seriousness of the activities, the penalties for such offences might range from a verbal warning to termination.

For minor infractions, a verbal or written warning may be given to convey the seriousness of the situation and the need for immediate correction. Training and counselling may also be necessary to reaffirm ethical principles and foster understanding of the importance of adherence. An employee or consultant may be relocated to a different project or, in extreme circumstances, relieved of their present project obligations depending on the type of breach that occurred. The collaboration with the consultant may be terminated in the event of multiple serious violations of the code of conduct, one serious violation, or both.
